Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.45-b02, mixed mode)

      ADDITIONAL OS VERSION INFORMATION :
      Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601]

      EXTRA RELEVANT SYSTEM CONFIGURATION :
      Intel HD Graphics 4600

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
We believe that there is a hardware problem with one of our systems. Intermittently the graphic driver crashes and recovers.

After the driver crashes & recovers the stage that makes up our user interface is no longer valid - as if it no longer being rendered. Usually it appears transparent - the window is made up of whatever is displayed behind the stage. Upon clicking on the window the stage is filled with black space.

REGRESSION. Last worked in version 7u75

      ADDITIONAL REGRESSION INFORMATION:
This was not seen using java 7.67 on the same hardware.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Run a JavaFX stage. Have display driver stop working and recover.

      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
      EXPECTED -
The stage appearance after the driver crash should be the same as before the crash.
      ACTUAL -
The stage is either transparent or blacked out.

      REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced often.

      SUPPORT :
      YES
