DropShadow and InnerShadow are currently lacking an input attribute. There used to be a (flimsy) reason for this, but that issue has since been resolved, especially after Jim's recent fixes in Decora. These effects should have an input attribute just like all other similar Effect implementations.

(It would be nice to correct this inconsistency before 1.0 because it seems to be giving people the impression that chaining effects is not possible in JavaFX, even though it was more an oversight than anything.)
