It looks like components including WebView doesn't support subpixel rendering for fonts. Subpixel rendering was introduced in 2005 (http://weblogs.java.net/blog/chet/archive/2005/06/phils_font_fixe.html) - not supporting means we are years back and prevents JavaFX from a professional look.
