If playback of media in a supported container is requested and at least one of the included tracks is in a supported encoding, then the media should be played. For example, an FLV containing VP6 video with AAC audio should still be able to be played as a silent video, and an FLV containing H.263 video and MP3 audio should still be able to be played as an audio stream. Note that a given encoding might not be supported because support is simply unavailable or because a shared object providing support for the encoding is not present.
