We need to provide GPU driver informantion to user when prism.verbose is set to true. Currently this functionality is done via environment variable, NWT_TRACE_LEVEL=3 (or higher), but it will be helpful if we can provide this support via a Java property, such as prism.verbose. This information is useful to user to determine if a Prism software fallback on a system is due to blacklisted driver.
