Add 'editable' property to listview, treeview, tableview and tableColumn

This property will allow for setting the editable state of a whole list/tree/table/table column. After these properties are added, the Cell.startEdit() method implementations will need to check if the editable property is set to false in all relevant locations.

We haven't yet confirmed if by default editable will be true or false.
