BSD, Linux
Current support for Multitouch is only on Windows and Mac OSX, and only applies to JavaFX, implying not Swing.
Combined with other sentiments that Swing can't simply be avoided in future development (RE: adding Swing widgets to JFX scenes), I think it would be good to provide multitouch through the Swing framework. I was surprised how easily Android added multitouch, and I expect similar can be done with Swing.
I think BSD should not be behind Linux either with multitouch: I expect more people will move across from Linux to FreeBSD. Since this is facilitated by X Windows on both, perhaps XInput should be the method of providing multitouch on these platforms.
