It would be nice to have the option to show Terms & Conditions as part of the installation process. It is often legally a good idea that they accept the T&C _before_ installation takes place.

Ideally the AU toolkit would be able to read and show the same file so it could be shown before update, and also be re-shown through the AU widgets.
