Consider moving JavaFX samples bundle to main JDK download page on OTN

      The JavaFX samples are not yet bundled with the JDK samples. Given that the JavaFX runtime and SDK are bundled in 7u6 it will be confusing for JDK7 users to have to go to another page to download the JavaFX samples. We should consider moving this to the main JDK download page.
