Remove extra copies of NativeLibLoader

      There are three copies of the NativeLibLoader class in two different repos:

      rt-closed/glass/glass-mat/src/com/sun/glass/utils/NativeLibLoader.java
      rt-closed/javafx-common/src/com/sun/javafx/runtime/NativeLibLoader.java
      media/jfxmedia/src/com/sun/media/jfxmediaimpl/NativeLibLoader.java

      The one in javafx-common is the primary source. The other two should be removed.
