Parent_structure_sync_Test is sole client of impl_syncPGNodeDirect()

      After the fix for RT-13735 we were supposed to be able to remove impl_syncPGNodeDirect().
      However in the interim a test has started using that. This test Parent_structure_sync_Test
      needs to be updated, either removing the method and its dependency or making it
      more private to the test.
