Replace existing pixel manipulation methods on Canvas GraphicsContext with methods compatible with PixelWriter

      The javafx.scene.canvas APIs developed for RT-17407 were released with a preliminary (and Deprecated) API for performing pixel manipulations. They are intended to be replaced with new methods that are compatible with the mechanisms created for RT-17409.

      The intended new method would be "GraphicsContext.getPixelWriter()"
