With the possibility of creating alternative user agent stylesheets that may ship with JavaFX, there should be well-documented API that allows a developer to specify their preferred user agent stylesheet.
If no preferred user agent stylesheet is specified, we have two choices: always use the caspian.css stylesheet, or automatically use the latest stylesheet.
My preference is the latter, as it prevents us falling into a Swing Metal L&F situation, and ensures applications look their best by default.
