EGLFB: Remove Prism output on R. Pi initialization

      When we start up the Pi we get the following output:

      load_wrapped_gles_symbols
      Using DISPMAN functions!
      ES2Pipeline: OpenGL ES 2.0 embedded device detected

      We should remove these lines. We should have no output unless there are errors or logging options are turned on (such as -Dprism.verbose).
