It would aid deployment if each version of the JRE was available as a zip for download from an official Oracle site, with legals, etc, all worked out.

This would be especially useful in the case of cross-platform auto-updating and 'online' installs where the installer or release bundle could omit the JRE and just download it during the install process if needed.

I realise this is a larger issue than JFX alone and has many licencing problems. It would be sweet though.
