Mac: clean up MacSystemClipboard and MacPasteboard classes

      MacSystemClipboard.java contains a lot of commented out code which should be deleted.
      Additionally, the compiler warnings and formatting should be fixed.

      MacPasteboard.java has an unused method getItemAsString. It has a huge native implementation which should also be cleaned up.
