javafx-font-pango should be built by default for Linux (including embedded).

Currently the user has to set $gradle -PCOMPILE_PANGO=true in order to build the library.

Once this problem is fixed users should be able to select pango just by setting -Dprism.text=native (without the need of a special build).

We need to make sure that our hudson build machines have pangoft2-dev install before we make the switch.
