Add name of stylesheet to the Stylesheets property pulldown menu

      The inspector Stylesheets property has a pulldown menu. One of the items is 'Open...'
      Can we change this to 'Open <name of file>...'
      Note, we already do this in the pulldown for the Style Class property so this tweak would keep them both aligned.
