1. Open any FXML with ComboBox in Scene Builder
2. Press "Show sample data"
3. Press "preview window" to be sure to see sample Item1, Item 2, Item3 values in your comboBox
4. Press "Hide sample data"
5. Press again "preview window" and you'll see sample data in your comboBox anyway.
This bug affects not only preview, but also FXML file itself (after pressing "Hide sample data" you can find sample data in FXML file).
