      By downloading the JavaFX 2.0 Beta SDK Windows x64 b30 and navigating to the 'rt\bin' folder in the zipfile.
      Coping all the files in the "rt\bin" folder to "C:\Users\...\.netbeans\7.0\lib\javafx2-win\bin\" has resolved the
      above issue for me.
