Media file minimum duration needs to be defined and documented

      When using extremely short audio clips, MediaPlayer methods such as setOnRepeat, setOnEndOfMedia, setOnReady, etc.... are not always called. I noticed this on the Mac 10.6 and not on Windows.

      I think a minimum duration needs to be defined and documented as a requirement for using the media API's. Media file such as metallic.mp3, which is 70 ms seems to be to short. There are issues using this media file with both MediaPlayer and AudioClip classes.
