In deploy/build.xml there is a comment

    <!-- TODO: REMOVE LEGACY INSTALLERS TARGETS -->

Now that FX is bundled with the JDK/JRE we no longer need the standalone installers. We should probably do this before open-sourcing, as it will make one less thing we have to have reviewed, and one less component to maintain.
