need to support full screen exclusive mode and display mode changes

      We need to support exclusive full screen mode (including display mode changes), multiscreen.

      For 1.0 we had implemented only limited (simulated) full screen mode, see
        RT-569: JavaFX should support full screen mode

      better support will be needed for 1.5.
