Java FX SDK silent installation not silent

      When installing Java FX SDK silently using the /qn flag on windows,
      the installation is not silent as it opens up for a short time an
      "extracting files..." dialog.

      If the depending JDK is missing (6u10+), then the JDK install
      is performed interactively (all GUI elements are visible) when
      the Java FX SDK install request was silent, which is unexpected
      for the user.
