      EffectsPlayground sample fails to launch with javafx1.0-integration build #336, which contains Richard's performance changes:
      http://jfx.sfbay.sun.com/hudson/job/javafx1.0-integration/changes

      I've verified that it works okay with build #335, but fails with #336. Tried only on Mac OS X with JDK 5 so far.
