Currently, for franca pings, only 1 event type and 1 install method is send for all pings, namely jfxic (Install complete event) and jfxuii (user initiated install method).

We should create a new event type to better differentiate pings to indicate the jfx first use event, and the jfx install complete event.

Hence we will introduce the jfxiu (initial use) event in the franca pings.
