Mobile: boundsInXXX do not give correct value

      boundsInLocal or boundsInParent do not give correct values on mobile. They work correctly on desktop.
      To reproduce, run the attached tests. Test1 tries to use boundsInLocal to create a bounded rectangle. Test2 tries to use boundsInParent to do the same. Both the programs do not create a bounded rectangle on mobile. They work on desktop.
