On Windows Vista, MediaGraphicsTest plays media file automatically with b80

      With 1.0.1 b80, launching MediaGraphicsTest automatically plays the media file, even though the player status is set to "PAUSED". With b77, the same player is paused instead. This is a regression from b77.

      For Windows XP, I don't see this behavior for b80.
