In Franca there is a new jar located in lib/desktop/fxdloader.jar. This jar should be included in all the jnlp files and scripts on the server side allowing running the FX application. It is the same case as webservices.jar.

We need to update server side scripts to add this jar. Part of this work is done in RT-2937
