Shaped windows on Mac often send mouse clicks through to apps below the JavaFX app

      I'm not sure if the underlying issue is related to the stage or to the graphics API, but for certain apps it makes them unusable. If a window is shaped then the mouse clicks will sometimes (or 'often' depending on the app) not be sent to the application but instead go through to windows below the application. This appears to be a Mac specific issue
