I've noticed the (supposedly) staging location on download.java.net hosts a probably bad jmc 1.0.1 natives jar file.
To be precise, http://download.java.net/javafx/jmc-natives-windows-i586__V1.0.1.jar is missing on2_decoder.dll.

The 1.0 bits are the same there as the ones on dl.javafx.com, so the 1.0.1 jar found on download.java.net might be the one planned for release, even though the dll is missing.

I open this bug to check that possibility, better be safe than sorry.
