move AnimationPulse usage from AbstractMasterTimer to MasterTimer

    Description

      AbstractMasterTimer is shared between desktop and mobile and at the moment AnimationPulse meant for desktop only. We need to move AnimationPulse usage from AbstractMasterTimer to MasterTimer on desktop.
