JavaFX 1.1 SDK installer should not require 6u12 JDK

      On windows, when you install JavaFX 1.1 SDK, it requires you to install 6u12 JDK, even if I already have 6u10 JDK.

      The website says minimum requirement is 6u7 JDK:
      http://java.sun.com/javafx/1/reference/system-requirements-1-1.html#javafxsdk

      So looks like we have a bug in the JavaFX SDK installer
