I am applying transformations on the text box and then entering some characters into the text box (in lower case). When I introduce more characters, the gap between the caret and the text is going up and caret stays much away from the text, as shown in the attached screenshot.

To reproduce the bug, run the attached test and simulate the controls as shown in the attachment. I reproduced it on WinVista with Marina-b06.
