I need the ability to set the time (playhead position) of a Timeline and have all keyValues associated with that time to be set to their appropriate values. Note that I do not necessarily have a need for actions() to be invoked while scrubbing. I have two use cases. First, in testing I'd like to be able to set the time and inspect values to make sure that transitions occur as expected. Second, I'd like to show an animation and have a slider wired up to the timeline such that when the user scrubs the slider it updates the timeline, similar to how this is done for movies.
