CSS styles are not applied to nodes added to the scene graph after initialization.

      The runtime does not apply CSS styles when nodes are added to the scene graph after initialization. Right now any program that adds content to the scene during execution needs to manually trigger the application of styles (by deleting and resetting the Scene.stylesheets sequence, for example).
