In case of Windows Vista (tested on home premium), JavaFX application requesting older JRE (in this case it was 6u7) was unable download the same from java.sun.com

While loading this applet, I had only Java-6u10 installed on my test machine.

Note : I tried multiple times and this issue is reproducible. The test case passes in case of Windows XP.
