There are a lot of attributes related to mouse or keyboard events which work differently on different mobile platforms. Sometimes there is no clear defenition what should happen with these attributes on certain platform.
Need to add clear description for these tags.

Examples:
no wheelRotation attribute for Mobile.
clickCount allways returns 1
entered/exited events for Node are allways 0
etc.
