FloatMap texture resources may leak without bound

      It appears that there is no provision in the (Decora level) FloatMap code for cleaning up texture resources that are used to cache the FloatMap data in VRAM. The FloatMap implementation needs to be improved so that the texture resources are disposed when the FloatMap instance itself is disposed (or resized, see RT-4921).
