PRISM: Screen API is not functioning on prism,

      On prism, screen API is not functioning properly. length of the screens attribute is 0 and the 'primary' attribute is returning null.
      With swing pipeline, it works fine. Run the attached test to reproduce the bug.

      I reproduced it on WinVista - soma-graphics-scrum-b142.
