Mouse wheel scrolling is not working

      Happens both on Windows, Mac. Also happens both on Firefox and Safari browser

      I cannot scroll the browser when the mouse pointer is on Java / JavaFX applet.

      This does not happen in Flash, neither in Silverlight. You can compare on the following website:

      This is a very significant issue.
