Slider control slider knob issue when value is between - min value and + max value

      A testcase attached.

      - Grab the slider knob and slide left or right.
      - When a mouse is release, the knob/value is suddenly jumping to somewhere.

      If min/max is set to 0/100, there is no such issue.
