Javafx applet makes JVM launches twice

      Windows XP SP3 with JRE 1.6.0_15-b03
      Graphical card is NVIDIA GeForce GT with driver version 6.14.11.9038.

      I have the same problem as was descrobed in http://javafx-jira.kenai.com/browse/RT-3553 issue.
      It is reproduced every time when I open http://javafx.com/ home page.
