PRISM: Specified font is not getting loaded, instead loading DIALOG

      I am creating a font object and I have specified the name as 'Arial Black'. With prism, the font that is actually getting created is 'Dialog' and not 'Arial Black'. With Swing pipeline, it is creating the correct font.

      I reproduced it on WinVista - 6u14 - soma-graphics-scrum-142. Not reproducible with swing pipeline. Run the attached test to reproduce the issue.
