Prism: Stroke to Path and SVGPath work differently.

      Strokes applied to similar Paths and SVGPaths behave differently on prism pipeline.
      The snapshots for the same are attached.

      Also testcase to reproduce the scenario has been attached.
      To reproduce the bug, execute the attached test.
      - Use Left key, to increase the strokewidth (modulo 21)
      - Use Right key, to toggle between "Path" and "SVGPath".

      In case of swing pipeline, the behavior for strokes for above testcase is consistent and match the attached snapshot for SVGPath for both cases.
