As part of fixing RT-1041 a KeyFrame with a negative time value will never be visited (in some cases a negative time value used to be visited, e.g., immediately prior to visiting key frame 0 in the common case of a timeline playing forward from the beginning). This needs to be documented in the API docs for the KeyFrame class.
