Prism: Text rendered at non-integral position appears ugly

      CheckBox text is not rendering properly and text is totally blur.However, the issue might be causes due to font issues in prism.

      I have tried w/ latest sdk(soma-b11) and with the following hardware.

      Display Card : Intel(R) G41 Express Chipset
