1.2.3: No need to include jogl and gluegen for platforms other than Mac

      jogl and gluegen are only used on Mac (in some case) - no need to download them on other platforms.

      Other related change - we should be using single jnlp file for all of fx runtime (do not need separate files for JOGL and gluegen).
