#environment:
Javafx 1.2.3fcs_ b01:http://jre.sfbay.sun.com/java/re/javafx/1.2.3/promoted/fcs/b01/bundles

#steps to reproduce:
1) Build the tests using this runtime *http://dl.javafx.com/1.2/*. It would generate "FXAppDeployTests" in FXManual folder;
2) Copy "FXAppDeployTests" to local test webserver:<http://localserver/deployment/1.2.3-b01/
3) Open the test page using the right url, for example, < <http://localserver/deployment/1.2.3-b01/FXAppDeployTests>
4) Run the test case "Transparent Test" for JNLP(Unsigned).
#expected result:
When moving the mouse over the application, you would see the toggling/fading effect.
# actual result:
No toggling/fading effect by moving mouse over the appliction.
