ListView is not laid out properly the first time when it's height is dynamically calculated through bind

      Run the attached test. You are supposed to see a heading text on the top, a set of buttons below, a list view and another set of buttons at the bottom. But when I run this on soma-b26, what I see is that the list view overlaps on the buttons located below it when the UI appears initially. When I click on any item in the list view, then it's height is adjusted properly and the buttons are shown. But this behavior looks ugly and ListView jerks when the user interacts which does not look good.

      This used to work fine in marina. I have attached a screenshot as well.
